Sometimes my hair has a difficult time adjusting to the seasons. It can become damaged and tangle, especially in Fall and Winter. My hair can be rather picky as far as shampoo and conditioners go. It will react beautifully to one and completely rebel against another! So when I find a winner, I tend to stick with it. Maple Holistics was a winner for my hair. I was really happy with the overall experience of how my hair felt and looked. They are natural products with ingredients explained in detail that you can feel good about using in your hair!

Maple Holistics has one goal in mind: to provide a natural, holistic range of premium products which can enhance hygiene, health and daily living.
I have very thick hair and sometimes my hair reacts poorly to certain shampoos. A poor reaction to a shampoo will leave my hair feeling clumpy, heavy, and dirty even after a thorough wash. Also due to the thick nature of my hair I usually need to use a lot of shampoo and conditioner to get my hair clean.
The instructions for the Maple Holistics Hydrate Shampoo said to use a quarter size amount for your hair and I was skeptical! BUT I followed directions and used the recommended amount. I was surprised to see that it did it’s job and I didn’t feel like I needed more to compensate for my long thick hair which usually demands more shampoo. My hair felt clean and healthy and looked great!
This shampoo hydrates the scalp and reduces dandruff. As we head into the dryer Fall and Winter seasons this shampoo could help reduce itching and white flakes by hydrating the scalp and providing the relief it’s calling out for. The only white flakes you’ll hopefully be seeing this winter will be falling from the sky. 😉
Ingredients: Lavender, carrot and parsley seed, silk peptide, jojoba and almond, and botanical keratin.
The Argan Conditioner from Maple Holistics appealed to me because it has Moroccan oil in it, also known as Argan oil, and I love the benefits from Moroccan oil. I have used it for a long time now and it helps reduce frizziness and gives your hair a lustrous shine. My hair felt good after using this conditioner, but I still felt like I needed to use the Moroccan oil to tone down frizz and give my hair a little more shine. I also felt the Silk 18 made my hair feel smoother and shinier than the Argan conditioner. If you are sensitive to scents however this conditioner is a good option due to it being aroma free.
Ingredients: Argan Oil, Jojoba, Botanical Keratin, pomegranate, Hibiscus, Buckthorn, Shea Butter, and Green Tea.
Silk 18 conditioner
I love the Silk 18 conditioner! It leaves your hair feeling so fabulous! I find myself constantly running my hands through my hair because it’s so silky and smooth. I didn’t need to use an excessive amount to get great results. I used about a quarter size or maybe slightly more and it was definitely enough. The vanilla scent is amazing. It smells so good!
Ingredients: 18 silk amino acids, Argan oil, Jojoba oil, Botanical Keratin, 100% Natural Vanilla
