As a Mom, I’m concerned about the products I use on my body and around my home. As part of my mission to go green, I’m trying to eliminate as many harmful chemicals as possible. Inside my Ecocentric Mom Box

My kids are 6 and 9, so I generally review the Ecocentric Mom Discovery Box. But this month, they sent me the Mom & Baby Discovery Box. Even though I don’t have a baby in my life, I’ve honestly been enjoying each and every product since the day it arrived. What a fantastic way to try (and fall in love with) new natural, organic and Eco-friendly products! I can’t wait to show you what was in my box. Here we go! ๐Ÿ™‚

This was certainly my favorite product in this months Eccocentric Mom Box. Bear’s Beauty deodorant is fresh and clean and purely natural. With the uplifting scent of Grapefruit and Lavender from essential oil, this is a necessity you don’t want to be without. I love this natural deodorant!

Brigit True Organics



As a lip balm addict, this product was also at the top of my list for favorites in this month’s box. Brigit True Organics Peppermint Lip balm is a delight for the lips. Brigit True Organics is a woman-owned, organic skin care company that offers hypoallergenic body care for super-sensitive skin. Their whole line is gluten-free, soy-free and doesn’t contain any nut oils. Made with 100% pure and natural ingredients, this lip balm is smooth and glossy. I absolutely love it!

Country Choice Organic Oatmeal

I’m a total chocoholic, so these dark chocolate bars from Equal Exchange were quite a treat. Smooth and rich, this chocolate certainly satisfies a sweet tooth. I’ll admit, they didn’t last longer than the time it took me to snap the photo above. I wish I had a whole bag! Equal Exchange minis are made with cacao (cocoa beans) from farmer co-operatives in the Dominican Republic and Peru. The sugar and vanilla are also fairly traded and organic. It doesn’t get much better than that, delicious for positive change!

  1. What you are trying to do here sounds very good. I myself am a great supporter of natural products with less or no side effects. I think even though there are so many products we can pick from from the market, still we are left wanting more, wanting better and we’ll never find it unless we are always looking. I believe that great products are based on great ideas, and this really strives to help mothers, we all know all mothers can use all the help! After reading your post I am curious, I know that these are products that I haven’t heard before, but for twenty four dollars, which is what most of your packages go for, I would say it is worth a try. I did take a leap of faith before and sometimes it does pay off greatly. I just want to say that I support what you are doing.
