Watermelon Cocktail

I’m typically a wine drinker, but the hot summer months make me crave something cool and refreshing. With watermelon in season, I decided to make a fresh Watermelon Cocktail to sip by the pool. This is the ultimate refreshing cocktail and it only takes a few minutes to make. Enjoy this at your next pool party. It’s sure to be a hit!

Watermelon Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 Cups Seedless Watermelon (cut into cubes)
  • 1 Meyer Lemon (sliced)
  • 2 Cups Vodka

Directions:

  • Cut Watermelon into cubes
  • Place 4 cups of watermelon in food processor or blender (reserving the remaining 1/2 cup to garnish)

Watermelon Cocktail Directions

  • Process watermelon for about 1 minute, until liquidy (it’s okay if it still has a few chunks)
  • Slice Meyer Lemon and Muddle half of it in a small bowl

Watermelon Cocktail

  • Add Watermelon juice, vodka, Sierra Mist and muddled lemons to a pitcher and stir
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
