Suggested Essential Oils

Below are a few suggestions for creating the perfect atmosphere. You may want to unwind from a long day at the office or soak with your child for a bonding experience. Maybe you need to lift your spirits or sooth an unsettled tummy.

Calming and Relaxing: Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Stress Away

Bonding: Frankincense, Present Time

Uplifting: Gratitude, Citrus Fresh

Comfy Tummy: Digize, AromaEase

Whenever I mention essential oils, I’m referring to therapeutic grade oils, such as Young Living. I don’t recommend purchasing any other kind. Click here to learn more about the oils I recommend.  The great thing about essential oils is that they can be used for a variety of personal care uses.
