Diffuser Blends with the Premium Starter Kit

The Premium Starter Kit comes with a high quality diffuser. If you’re a newbie, start by diffusing these recipes for 15-20 minutes at a time. Listen to your body. If you’re tired of a scent, turn the diffuser off and take a break for awhile. Once your body is used to the oils, you can increase the time you diffuse.

About Carrier Oils

A carrier oil is any natural, plant-derived oil used to dilute essential oils. Some carrier oils to consider are: grapeseed, fractionated coconut, vegetable, olive, almond, rosehip, avocado, jojoba and apricot kernel. I suggest buying organic, when possible.

Choosing a Carrier Oil for Your Skin Type:

Oily/Acne Prone: Grapeseed, Jojoba
Combination: Grapeseed, Jojoba, Apricot Kernal
Normal: Almond, Jojoba, Apricot Kernal
Dry/Mature: Avocado, Almond, Jojoba, Rosehip, Olive, Coconut

The Premium Starter Kit

The Young Living Premium Starter Kit has everything you need to conquer Back to School with ease. Not only will you have solutions for your kids, but Mom and Dad will enjoy the oils as well. Win-Win! Am I right? 😀
